If the credit card issuer does not authorise the transaction, or later revokes authorisation for the transaction, Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie may cancel the order.
If a product inadvertently appears on the website at the wrong price, Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If a credit card was charged for the purchase and the order is so cancelled, Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie will notify the buyer and issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the wrong price.
All product is offered for sale on the basis of while stocks last. If a product is out of stock, Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie will refund your money.
Pick-up only No Delivery
Please be advised that all products ordered online are pick-up only at the Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie store of your choice, Subiaco or West Leederville.
Product remains Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie’s property until paid for by the buyer.
Returns and Refunds
An online order can be cancelled by telephone (08 9381 7968) at Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie’s Subiaco store 24 hours prior to the confirmed pick-up date where a refund will be arranged.
Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie warrants that product supplied is of merchantable quality when picked-up. Subject to applicable law, Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie does not make any other warranty or representation about products on offer.
Notices to visitors
Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie may notify a visitor to the website by email, a general notice on the website, or by other reliable method to an address previously provided to Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie by the visitor.
The laws in Western Australia govern the use of the website and the supply of products.
Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control.
